The Instructional Developer is responsible for the production of training materials using program guidelines and for the maintenance of training programs and courseware using the instructional system development (ISD) process. Budgeting, planning, organizing, and controlling activities in courseware support.

The Graphic Artist is responsible for operating computer graphics terminal and associated equipment and software to create, update, and maintain visual and audio products for use in ATS training. This position is also responsible for the production of training materials using program guidelines and for the maintenance of training programs and courseware using the instructional system development (ISD) process.
